National Testing Agency will announce CUET 2024 Eligibility. For any of the UG courses offered, the candidate must have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent exam from a recognized board.
Candidates for PG programmes must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university/institution in the discipline in which they wish to enroll. CUET 2024 will be held according to the official schedule.
Students enrolled in Class 12th can take CUET (UG)- 2024 if the University authorises. Furthermore, only Indian citizens can apply for and sit for the CUET entrance exam 2024.
In addition, candidates wanting to take D/M.Phil. courses should have a master's degree in any specialization. Candidates in their final year of graduating are eligible to apply. Both undergraduate and graduate courses have varying eligibility requirements.
The eligibility criteria for CUET 2024 vary according to the programmes and universities that offer them.
The CUET 2024 will be a computer-based test (CBT) with objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The exam will be held tentatively in the first and second weeks of July 2024.

The CUET 2024 will be divided into four portions, with an examinee having a maximum time duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes in each slot. Section IA will provide applicants with the option of selecting one of thirteen languages. Section IB will have 20 languages to choose from in addition to those accessible in Section IA.
In each language, 40 out of 50 questions must be attempted. Candidates' language skills will be assessed through reading comprehension in the form of MCQ-based questions, with 45 minutes allotted to each language.
Section II will include 27 Domain-Specific Subjects to pick from, with a maximum of 6 domains subjects per candidate for a University or Universities. In this phase, 40 questions out of 50 must be tried, and they will be tested in MCQ format according to the NCERT Class XII syllabus, with candidates having 45 minutes for each CUET domain subject.
Section III will include a general test. In this segment, 60 questions out of 75 must be attempted, and they will be tested on General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning, Logical and Analytical Reasoning in MCQ format, with candidates having 60 minutes to complete it.
